Welcome to Vida - your gateway to finding a holistic healing practice that works for YOU and YOUR needs.
My name is Nicole and I’m the face and holistic healer behind Vida. I’m a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Angelic Healing Practitioner, Aromatherapist and soon to be, Unbreakable Mindset Coach based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. My goal is to create a safe space for you to find the holistic healing practice that empowers, relaxes and rebalances you.

Whether you'd like to take some time away from your day-to-day stresses or are spiritually minded and want to delve deeper into the divine realm, I’m here to support and guide you.

VIDA'S TREATMENTS
Reiki
Experience a new level of healing with Vida's Reiki service. Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. It's administered by laying hands on or near the body and can help balance energy and promote wellbeing. During a Reiki session, I focus on specific energy centers known as chakras to help clear blockages and path the way to healing.

Distance Reiki
Discover the power of distant Reiki and experience the benefits of this ancient healing technique. Distant Reiki is a form of energy healing that can be done from a distance, allowing you to experience the healing benefits of Reiki without having to be physically present. I will guide you through the process with care and professionalism, helping you to feel calmer, more centered, and more energised.

Animal Reiki
Animal Reiki is a unique and gentle form of healing that can provide many benefits for both animals and their owners. I create a relaxing and calming experience that promotes physical and emotional healing for your animal. Animal Reiki is a non-invasive technique that involves the transfer of positive energy and can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain for your furry loved ones.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a very effective and popular holistic healing therapy. It involves using essential oils via inhalation or massage to promote relaxation, improve mental clarity and enhance your overall sense of well-being. Whether you are someone who is dealing with, anxiety, insomnia or just want time out to relax this treatment will be tailored to your unique needs and healing journey. This treatment is perfect for anyone who is looking to unwind, improve their mood and boost their immune system.

Crystal Healing
Crystals are natural substances that have been used for centuries to bring balance to your mind, body and soul. During this treatment, I will use the unique healing properties of different crystals to access your energy centers. Whilst you're in a deep meditative state, I will place different crystals on your body and create crystal grids. This will help you connect with your higher self, clear negative energy blockages, and raise your energy to feelings of increased tranquility, positivity and focus.

Angel Healing Therapy
Angel Healing Therapy is a unique and transformative approach to healing that helps to balance your energetic system. Much like Reiki you will be laid down in a relaxed and mediative state, whilst I connect with your Angels to channel divine energy, promote healing and facilitate a connection. The session will end with an oracle Angel card reading so you can receive the messages and guidance from you're Angels. Through this gentle, non-invasive practice, clients have reported feelings of peace, clarity, and alignment with their higher purpose.

Oracle Card Reading
Oracle card readings are a powerful and unique way to gain insight and guidance into your life’s journey. During a session, I will connect with your energy and use my experience and intuition to interpret the messages that the cards reveal. A reading helps you to achieve greater spiritual insight, alignment and clarity. The readings focus on how you can use the guidance and insights gained to make meaningful, positive changes in your life and manifest your desires.

Bespoke Healing Therapy
Vida offers the opportunity to combine two of the listed healing therapies into a singular highly effective, transformative session (either 2 of your choosing or by recommendation). Whether you're seeking relief from physical pain, emotional stress, or just looking to enhance your overall wellbeing, integrating two powerful modalities into a single session will deliver a deeper level of relaxation, balance, and harmony.
